Can you switch plans at any time without a penalty? As an example, I am on the regular visible plan and pay $25 a month. If I move up to the visible Plus and don't like it, can I move back to my regular visible plan for $25?
When you upgrade to the plus plan you are prorated the difference to your next billing date. You can drop back down to the plus plan at anytime but it won't take effect until your next billing date because it is prepaid and Visible does not refund.
