5g no connectivity/no texts coming through non imessage on iphone

has anyone been having issues with their 5g and switching to LTE and not getting texts messages for non imessage sms.  I have been messaging with live chat but nothing i have a number for an issue but i still have no network now

I don't have an  iphone but lots of issues in general since upgrading and support is pitiful

Same problem since network upgrade.

Ironically I am now forced to set up 2FA which won't work since sms doesn't work, so can't even launch a chat session with support.
