Put the Sim in,followed all steps for activation,restarted the phone several times,paid for this months service,I didn't miss anything that I'm aware of but it never connected to the phone network, therefore is unusable. My fiance was sure looking forward to finally having a phone. Maybe it will be working by the time I go see him next week. I have visible as well and never had any issue. #zte
