Do you have the Visible app installed on your phone and can you get on WiFi?
Also how is the Verizon signal strength in your area?

The most most recent iOS is 16.1.1 so you may need to update your phone first.

I updated as you instructed. Now they claim I had cancelled and I should contact Visible with no hint how.
