Activation Issues

Trying to come back to Visible after I had to switch to T-Mobile for a trip to Europe.  I switched back with a new email, my number switched successfully...  However, it is giving me two eSIMs Primary and Travel.  I can't make phone calls or send texts.  The chat is a joke with an AI bot you can't chat back with.  @Visible please help me come back to your service.  It shouldn't be this hard.

I was able to get a real person in the chat by typing “live representative.”  They came online within 1-2 minutes and were able to resolve my issue
