Can't Receive SMS Short Codes from Certain Sites

Hi, I am unable to receive SMS short codes (for phone number verification) from certain sites like Amazon or Cash app. The "re-send" and "call me" options don't work - I click the button and nothing happens.

I've confirmed that I don't have any sort of local SMS blocks on my personal phone, so I think it's a network issue.

Anyone else have issues like this?

I am having the same issue. I moved all of my apps over using the smart switch app from my old device, now I am unable to view amazon on my phone or laptop, it shows in text only view and when i try to log in it says it that it sent a text for me to verify the device but no text ever comes?
