iPhone 14 Pro cannot use mobile app . It gets stuck on opening screen and doesn’t move any further. I am unable to pay my payment as I have no option to do so on the web. I’ve called 8 different times with no solution. I either get hung up on or sent directions on how to log in . I can log in on the web with no payment option . Unable to use mobile app due to app freezing

Check for app updates. Force close the app. Delete and reinstall. Try using a different WiFi, or if already on WiFi, switch to cellular. If that doesn’t work, turn on a VPN and try again.

Delete the app from you phone, turn phone off and on, and reinstall the app.
