Ported my Verizon A71, 5G to Visible about two weeks ago. Apparently I have not been able to receive incoming calls this whole time, but just realized it today. Incoming calls go straight to VM, and I have no notification of any VMs.
I have been through Chat help twice, tried all the AI steps, and been assured by two different agents that they had fixed the issue and as soon as I restarted the phone I would be able to receive calls. I still cannot.
My phone isn't capable of esim. Any ideas welcome.
