Communication with help team

Hello all, I received an email from the help team asking for a screenshot of the problem I have and when I replied it bounced back because they don't accept emails. I don't do Facebook or Twitter or any other social media, so how are I supposed to send it? I tried chatting with a live agent, but he apparently didn't understand what I was asking and just kept assuring me "they are working on it". Never did answer my question. Anyone have any ideas?
