Why does the Community Purpose popup appear EVERY SINGLE TIME I LOAD A PAGE?  This is extremely annoying.

The Visible Community empowers users to create valuable, relevant content primarily for technical support (services/devices/etc.) which fosters a premium customer experience.

This pop up is killing me for the last 10 days or so.  I am using W10 with Chrome as for a browser.  I will probably contribute less because of this annoyance.  I hope the moderator is paying attention and forwards to their web developer.
