Email responses to open cases

It would be very helpful to be able to respond via email to open cases. Sometimes you may want to give more information to an open case. Having to open a chat session , wait an hour, just so you can add more notes is a disservice.

Visible doesn't have a email address 

They do for more complicated issues.

But you can't respond, only receive?

From the automated response, it appears that the associate is not obligated to respond but your email is added to the case notes.

Also, if you have an open case and respond to it, the case should go to the top of the queue. It shouldn't be a back and forth conversation every 24 hours.
