I took the fifteen day trial. You gave no directions how to stop this after the 15 days, so I just deleted it. We were traveling and had someone hijack our visa card. I had to wait until we returned home and go to the bank. Since then they have sent me new cards and now I would like to sign up with visible and I just can not get anything accomplished. I also used by husbands phone to use the 15 day trial because you would not use my phone because it was too old. I also am trying to order a new phone. Can you delete this account and let me start over with signing up please? or help me get this accomplished? Thank you for any help. I have also tried to change my credit card info to my new card and the system won't let that happen either. Cindy Dickerson
