Incompetence for live agent

Tried to unlock my iPhone. First agent was interrupted for inactivity as he is talking to IT.

Second Andrew is very incompetent. He didn’t respond for 5 minutes.

Third Sai ended chat with the same inactivity reassign after I mentioned I spent 2 Hours on the chat and nothing get resolved!!!

You might want to try Facebook messenger, it is about as useless but at least you won't get disconnected. Last week I was trying to get an issue fixed which they didn't know how and Facebook got me a response to my initial message in less then 10 minutes. Bad thing is it took up to 10 minutes to get subsequent responses.
