Is there any chance I can connect with a manager over the phone? I have been promised a phone call 3 times with no response. Each time I go onto a chat, I get booted after 5 minutes waiting.
As far as I know there is not a way to contact support by phone. If chat isn't working try Facebook messenger. It worked as fast as chat for me. Twitter messaging was useless for me, no one ever responds there.
