I saw on Visible's reddit page that customer service responded to a similar question about Motorola phones and read they were waiting on a shipment I think. It would be my guess is Motorola is rolling out 2023 models of some of their phones and Visible might be waiting for those. I know Motorola has come out with a new G Power 2023 and would guess some of the other models are the same.
