We just switched to Visible 2 days ago and I'm already having an issue. I am receiving texts from everyone but my bank. When I log in, they send a text to my number for verification purposes and with Visible I don't get them anymore. I have called my bank twice now and they can't see any issue on their end. They suggested that Visible is blocking their short code texts for some reason. How can I get this issue resolved so I can get my 1-time pass codes from my bank as well as other security texts? Thanks

First try this, text HELP to 67777 and once you get a reply text TRANSACT to 67777 and see if that work. This was something that support had me due when I was having other texting issues.
On Visible's Reddit page this was brought up today and a person said after they ported they had to go online and re-register their phone number with various places so it was tied to their account again but since you contacted the bank not sure what else to try. Also, Visible doesn't block OTP as they send them also for account access.
If what I suggested doesn't work then you might want to contact customer service.

I believe you posted this same question on Visible's Reddit page yesterday, you can contact them through their support page. There should have been a link within their reply to where you can send them a message. You can also chat with them by signing into your account on a laptop/desktop and clicking the little blue box in the bottom right. You will get the same customer service department no matter which route you go.

I contacted them through the Reddit sub, and the person helping me wanted me to text a number that belongs to USAA bank for some reason. It felt like some kind of scam so I quit and found customer service through Visible's website. They were able to reset something on their end that fixed the issue.

You got a different agent is the only difference, one that apparently knew what they were doing.
Glad you get it fixed.

Visible customer service helped me through chat. It took 3 separate chat sessions for them to reprovision my phone 3 times to finally get it to receive short code text messages! The way to confirm that you're getting text messages or verification codes from the vendor is to text them. You can google the unique short codes for specific vendor (for example Venmo - 86753). Send a text message such as START or HELP to the vendor. If you get an automated text reply, then you are connected and good to receive verification codes and texts from the vendor. If you don't get a reply from your text, then you're not connected. Work with a Visible chat agent. First, they had me do the usual stuff like reseating my physical sim card and switching airplane mode on/off. That didn't work. So insist that they reprovision your phone. It'll work!
