I sent in my old phone as a swap for the Midnight when I started my service. I was billed $100 for the Midnight this week. The old phone I sent in was eligible for the promotion so I don't understand why I was billed for the Midnight.

Yes. It was sent in within the two weeks of activation and it worked just fine. I can't reach anyone in chat. I sat in queue for over half an hour the 4 times I've tried. I disputed the charge with the bank. I'm out of options at this point as there's no way to speak to anyone and there's no way to email anyone.
