After a 30min chat with a Visible employee I am just more confused. I received my phone and need to send my old one in to swap. Do I use the white UPS label that was enclosed to send my old phone to Forth Worth? What do I do with the enclosed pink label marked FEDAIR? What is FEDAIR?
I assume I'm supposed to wrap my old phone in the clear plastic sleeve that the Visible came in, and then put that into the blue paper holster with the smiley face? This has not been made clear.
The issue is the return instruction are incredibly vague, and customer service only made things worse. They told me to use the pink label and call FEDAIR in Indiana to come pick up the package??? I've never heard of this. I honestly get the feeling the Visible rep didn't know what they were doing and just BS'd me.
If there is someone on here who has sent their phone in, and can give clear, specific instructions on how to do so, I would appreciate it
