Phone & Text Not Working


I switched to Visible and it says my phone is active but it doesn't work. I've done everything suggested to fix it many times to no avail.  Ant suggestions?

It could be an issue with the eSIM or pSIM and might need a provision. For this issue you would have better luck contacting customer service since this is a peer to peer forum and highly doubt customer service even visits this forum.


You can contact them on chat on the home page by clicking the little blue box in the bottom right and type agent or live agent, may have to type this multiple times, to bypass the chatbot and get a real person.
