I have a Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra 5G. When I receive a voicemail, I do not receive any notification that I have received one and I have no listing that one has been received. I have attempted several times to change the settings on the Voicemail app to use SIM 2 and all I get is some spinning dots and a statement on the screen that states, "Please wait while we check your account information". This will go on for quite awhile and eventually will either time out or state to try again later. I am frustrated having to use *86 to retrieve my voicemails. Anyone else encounter this situation?
