When i login to mobile app, its asking me to start service, i am already visible user. I dont see this issue on website, its just App. Tried chatting with Visible care but no help. I want to upgrade network from App , or else i dont need app for any other reason for now

Have you tried contacting visible through their social media? They have a presence on Twitter and Facebook Messenger. I’ve had success getting someone to engage.

On my iPhone app there is a line at the bottom for
”Already a member? Sign in”
and below that
”Privacy Policy”
Is it possible your Text Size is too large?
