I can’t pay my bill due to something wrong with my account. If I try the app it just freezes at the first screen that just says “visible” unless I delete the app and reinstall, but as soon as I log in it’s back to that. If I try the website there’s no option to pay anywhere. Not even a greyed out option. The only thing notable is under the overview tab and it just says “We were unable to process your request. Please try again later.” thinking about switching services since this is not the first time Visible has been a pain in my rear.

Same here payment was due at midnight last night , I forgot now I can’t even pay it ..
