Visible website and app are down. Wife’s visible line won’t work, can’t make or take calls. Help please!

Same with my service. It started about 10 am today.

I have been trying to talk to someone. On chat and life and now the app isn’t working

Starting today, our phones were getting an "803/no service" message when we tried to use them. I was able to get someone on the support chat this morning, who reset something on my phone, but my wife was out of town and unable to take the time to mess with it. Back home now, we are unable to get the app or the website to load. It makes me wonder if there are a lot of problems today and the website has crashed.
