So I’m getting ready to switch to Visible but I’m receiving conflicting info on exactly when I will lose service with my current provider. Will I lose service the moment Visible ships me my new phone or not until I actually click “Activate Service” in the Visible app and insert my new SIM card? I was going to go ahead and order my new phone from Visible with them porting my number over but wasn’t going to actually activate service for another couple of weeks. Just want to time it right so I’m not out of service for very long. Thanks!

You will lose service with your current provider after you activate. That is when the port is completed
