Replacing my Pixel 4a with a 7a. How do I activate when phone comes? Do I just remove SIMS from the 4a and put it in the 7a?

I tried to do a chat but must be overloaded. It just froze and no chat took place.

Hi @harpo70 - Hopefully you've received a response by now. However, if not, you are right, if you have a physical SIM, you should be able to simply move the SIM card to the new phone and it should activate. I recommend powering off your old phone, removing the SIM card, inserting the SIM card into the new phone while powered off, then power on and it should detect the card and activate service.
