can't receive or make calls

I signed up for Visible 8/30- no calls incoming/out ever since I switched.   I have spoken to customer service via chat, they said that they would email me with a fix, still nothing.  I have data and text messages.  Has anyone else had this problem?  I'm thinking this was a big mistake to switch to a different carrier.

Did you try to reset the network settings and restart the phone and wait 2 minutes and try again

Yes, I went through all the trouble shooting a couple times.  I will contact support again today.  Everything else works fine.  It has to be on there end, I think?
