Let’s chat about good experiences with Visible, support or service. I started in June 2022 and haven’t had any major issues with any of the 4 lines I ported in. My most recent customer service contact was to change a number. This was done via the chat bot, no person necessary. It went smooth and was completed within 5 minutes without needing a new eSIM or anything.

Visible just keeps getting better. Today 2/2/23, I saw in my account a loyal customer discount of $5 per month if I switch to the $30 Visible plan. No more having to worry about paying more for the same/similar service. So I’m off Party Pay and on to Visible and staying at $25/month.
