Apple is more locked down, but I'd be surprised if it didn't have Hiya. Hiya was known as white pages caller id for a while and one of the first companies to get into it.
Just checked, Hiya does have an iphone app. Can't confirm how well it works for Iphone but check them out!

This would help a lot if this feature will be available soon. If you have iPhone, we can always enable silence unknown caller. For android, we can download some apps.

Indeed it would! I cannot disable unknown callers because I'm the emergency contact for many and you never know what number someone is going to call from. However, in the same instance I've received more spam callers than ever before.

For Android, Hiya is a good app. Some "dialers" can also do it to make it feel more natural and built in

Hiya works on my iPhone 12 plus but for some reason not as good on my son's 12 plus
