I've been with Visible since January and I have experienced dropped and failed calls than ever before. Also, when making and receiving calls the caller or person I am calling cannot hear me. It is very frustrating to be on hold for 15 minutes or longer only to have someone hang up on you or the call simply fails. Initially I thought it was my phone now I know it is the service. Are there any others experiencing these issues?

In the past yes, but not recently.
I would start a chat with tech support via social media and see if they can resolve your issues.

I've had the same issue as well and it is incredibly frustrating on work calls. People sporadically can't hear me and I drop calls all the time when it says I have 5G service. I'm pretty upset about it.

My mother had the same issue. She switched to Mint and is MUCH happier with the service and customer support there. Now, I have the same issue. I will be switching shortly.
