I was told Visible monitors these forums and I hope they do and actually read this. But I'm not holding my breath!
Just spent over 2 hours chatting on FB messenger and still have not got my issue fixed. Only thing that surprised me was I got a response right away, bad thing is the response time was close to 10 minutes between each response. I can't believe how little knowledge these representatives have which I assume is lack of training. Visible you need to improve your customer service more and maybe get a few more representatives to handle the customers issues. I even asked for a different agent which that person knew about as much as the previous one did so I guess my issue with my referral code being invalid will not get fixed anytime soon. Thanks Visible!
