we have been trying to activate my new phone’s SIM card for going on 5 days now. We have done everything Visible suggested and nothing has worked. We have tried to chat, Facebook message, and tweet visible for help and are getting no response and kicked out of the chats before anyone responds. We are paying for service and for a phone that is not working. We are open to any suggestions on how to fix this problem before we contact the BBB
