I recently switched and activated a new Pixel 7 I got from Visible. I havent had 5G since. I did everything that I have found in the Community to resolve this and it still doesnt work. Restart, up to date, dial the *# number. Set it to GSM/WCDMA/LTE (PRL), if this is wrong what should it be? I dont have the option in the settings to switch to 5G. Talked to tech support for an hour the other day, they were zero help.
I am in a 5G area. Anyone have any suggestions?

You should contact support to get a new SIM, eSIM download, or have them reprovision your account.
