I've been waiting on 3 devices for 12 hours... about 2 hours ago I finally became customer #8 but it hasn't changed since then. I think they only have 1 person working here. All I am trying to do is cancel a # port because I entered 1 digit wrong and now the system thinks I am trying to port my existing visible # to my existing visible phone.
