No service after reactivating


So, I got a sim on my iPhone 6s. Used Visible for a month. Left for a month, came back, paid my money, restarted my phone, it says I have signal but I am unable to make phone calls and I have no data. Please help. 
 I reached out to customer service and she walked me through the cycle of airplane mode and rebooting my phone. Then she just vanished. Again, please help.

  • Check for any security updates or other iOS updates you may not have installed. Download them. 
  • Restart your phone again
  • If you are connected to VPN, go ahead and disconnect that or any other security software
  • If you're still having trouble, reach out to a Visible rep again. There may be something on the backend they can check and do.
