I have the Visible+ plan and traveled to Canada for work but had no phone or data service when I was there. When I was in the Vancouver, BC airport changing to my connecting flight, I got a message saying "Welcome to Canada" and that it was updating the network. Unfortunately, after that I couldn't make or receive calls or texts, or access the internet for the 2 days I was there. My phone said it was on the Rogers network but, evidently, that meant nothing. I had T-mobile previously and it was a completely seamless process when I crossed the border so I'm not sure if there are any additional steps I needed to take. Any ideas what is going on here?
