Not all texts work

I have read almost all the texting posts but I don’t see Answers. 
Some texts go through but not all. 
I have an iPhone 15Pro running 17.1.2. 

I have friends with both iOS and android. iOS some friends I switched to cellular to text. one friend doesn’t work on anything. #text #iphone15pro

No experience with iOS but you might want to try the Visible subreddit if you haven't already done so; it's a lot more active than this:

You can also PM Visible's Care Team over there and it looks like they are becoming more and more active and helpful over there. Why they can't do that over here is beyond my pay grade.
