We cannot make or receive calls to outside parties or ourselves. We live outside NYC with more cell towers than Xmas trees. What happened, when will it be repaired and what compensation will Visible provide to those who lost service?

I am sorry you face this issue. Is it only during the timing you mentioned or continuously. If the service disconnected. Try checking your payment source for the line. Since this is a prepaid service. If the amount is not paid at the end of the cycle. the service will be disconnected immediately.

Thanks - auto pay was approved. After 2 1/2 hours of exchanging emails with an Associate was it fixed. No explanation given - something about a network problem.

How do you know that service was down? Was it down for everyone ?
