I hit activate and I get this message: "Oops. Unfortunately we're unable to process your order"
WHat does this mean?

If you haven't already you need to contact customer service either on chat or one of their social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or X now, and on their support page on Reddit.

Spent two hours with customer service. I still get the same error message. I gave up and took some time away. will try again in a few days.
