Does any one know how and where to return the phone I purchased from Visible? They are unable to activate the phone because they cannot verify my email. Therefore the phone is useless and I need to return it and get a refund.

You will need to contact customer service to start the refund process and get a return authorization label to return the phone.

A word of advice from someone who received a phone from Visible that could not be activated: keep transcripts of every chat with customer care, keep a record of the tracking number and check to see when it’s been received and keep copies of those, too.
