Unlocked S21 IMEI not compatible?

So I was testing out visible on an iPhone and decided I would keep the service on a new unlocked Galaxy S21 bought direct from Samsung. I typed in the IMEI and Visible’s checker is telling me the phone is not compatible. Which makes no sense. They sell the phone and claim it’s compatible. Anyone else have this issue or know how to get around it?

I tested visible using an e-sim on the iPhone so I don’t have a physical sim on hand to just throw in the S21.

Hello weezy,

I have test two non-compatible Motorola Phones on visible and was able to get service. The only caveat was that the 5G device couldn't connect to the 5G tower since it is not an approved 5G device for visible.
