How do I get rid of voicemail on my account? No one in customer service can do this for me, the options that are available in the iPhone settings do not work, and I cannot find any resources on the FAQ page.

Hi @craftyone, I can understand how frustrating it is to face challenges with voicemail settings, especially when the usual options seem ineffective after contacting the customer support.
Currently, the Voicemail is a feature which can't be disabled.
As a solution you could let the VM box get full (20 messages) then the caller will get a message saying the mailbox is full and disconnect.
