Unbelievable. I tried to move my eSIM to a new phone yesterday. Not only have I not have cell phone service for 26 hours, but when I tried to Port, my phone number to another carrier, visible ported a number I've never seen before and my phone number has vanished. This should be illegal. I'm beside myself. No one will respond. Ready to take to the airwaves and warn everybody to stay away from this company. I've been with them for over two years and this is the first time I've needed customer service and realize that there is absolutely none.
