Ported in a Google Voice number and 2FA texts not coming through


Does anyone know how long it takes for 2FA companies to no longer recognize your phone number as a VOIP and unblock it from sending 2FA text messages?  I moved the number over to Visible yesterday and today it's still being block by most 2FA services from sending text messages.  One even reported it as VOIP and so that's why it doesn't send.



Hi @sensible - It can take a while for the databases to be updated.  You can try to contact Visible Care and see if they can refresh the database to expedite.  Otherwise you may have to contact the 2FA providers or wait up to 30 days for the system to recognize the change.
