Hi, just cancelled a 2 week service with Consumer Cellular because they stated I was in their coverage area. Because of my particular geographic location, I did not get coverage at my house. They did work and try to resolve the issue, but no luck. They have a 30 day guarantee and I should see credit back to my card. I mention this because I need to know what will happen if the same situation occurs with your service. Prior to CC, I was with US Cellular, but I noticed a problem with their service in the last few months I had them also. I believe it's because of the elimination of the 3G bandwidth. They do not have their own towers where I live. They used Verizons, just as your company does.
