I received an email that my number was changed. I didn't request about that. Now I don't have any mobile service. I can not get a message to come in my account to chat with customer service. I don't have access to any services with two factor authorization. I can't use cellular. How can I back my number?
You will need to contact customer service. On your account page before you sign in click the little blue box in the bottom right side of the page, that will open the chat box, type agent or live agent to get a human so you are not talking to the chatbot.
