Thanks for nothing, Visible. Your "customer service" reps have repeatedly lied. You charge customers for a service that doesn't work. Shame on you.
I realize this post will do absolutely nothing (non existent complaint resolution within Visible). Following other's suggestions to file complains with fed & state agencies next. That won't help me, but maybe it will force visible's hand in the future.
