This is ridiculous Verizon. Nobody can get thru to support. This is ruining your brand. I know you are aware of all the issues. How can you expect customers to switch when you have no customer support? People are running away to your competition. I still support your company but I haven't had service in 3 weeks and can't get through to support. Its disappointing.

Never got through to CS. I paid the bill even though I never received service for over a month. I am now using an Obamacare phone that uses TMB network. I would love to come back to visible but without help from CS I am stuck. I lost my job over this and need that number. So disappointed.
