Website Login Expires During Chat Wait

If you've logged in and started a chat session, the website shouldn't expire your sign in. After waiting over an hour, I lost my place in the chat queue. After you sign back in, it should rejoin the chat queue automatically in the same place.

Service while in another country.

Hello. I have learned from the forum that international calling is available from the United States, but is calling available while in another country? Just trying to find the best way to make sure my family knows I am OK while I am in Europe.
