virtual credit card promotion

I cannot retrieve my virtual credit card email. This is the one that would give me access to the My Prepaid Center. It probably went to the spam folder and got deleted by the automatic process. So unless I can get that email resent, I have lost $200....

Stuck on billing address screen

I'm attempting to get to the esim setup. I have entered all my details on the billing address screen. I click next and the three dots have been bouncing for 20 minutes. Is there something I'm missing here?
