How to get the best service in my area

Forgotten user id

I have been trying to sign inot my other Visible account abd I cannot remember my user id. When I select frogot link I am not getting a verfication email. Please help.

Hotspot only got .7mbps

I got visible to tether as a hotspot to other devices while RVing. I know you can only use one device at a time with the hotspot which I did. However, the fastest speed I ever got with it was .7 mbps. I could not stream netflix or anything else even ...

Service hacked

Mint was hacked, user data compromised and I was never notified. Iam unsure what data was compromised. If anybody has better info please share. Currently an unhappy customer due to lack of notification.
